#28 50blogs widget: make a mambo module

As of right now, I have no idea how to write and
package a mambo module. Apparently javascript/php goes
into one file, an xml descriptor goes into another
file, and these are combined (zipped? jarred?) to
create a module.

ilya wants to replace the individual state blog links
at www.russforpresident.com with the 50blogs widget,
and a module looks like the way to do it.

if anybody's done this before (or has good links),
please chime in...
