#6 <comments> is a page

RSS 2.0 specifies the comments element must be the url
of the comments page. The spec could be little more
specific here, but I think it's clear the author meant a
Web page.

Test case is Sam's RSS 2.0 feed
http://www.intertwingly.net/blog/index.rss2

There's obviously some room for interpretation here. I'll
respect whatever is decided.
