Basically you should need just the subscription file.
When you delete all the other files, what happens?

Importing works for me, but when i try to update the imported feeds, weird 
things happen.
FR gets totally confused and writes headlines to the wrong feeds, shows wrong 
numbers of unread messages, shows wrong notifiaction windows.
