[Feedreader-development] Bugs/features in OPML import

I have added possibility to import file besides url. Also now you can 
select folder, where you want to put subscribed feeds.

Also I compiled last CVS version. It contains my and karstens fixes and 
new features.

 You can get exe binary from www.hot.ee/isys/feedreader1.exe
