Just downloaded the file. This line looks in my file like: <item english="Delete folder" translated="Ordner löschen"></item> This is the file that holds the german translation. As you can see there is always an english string ("Delete folder"). Don't change this! Change the string after "translated". If you enter characters like ä, ü, -, etc. then this characters have to be converted to their xml codes, otherwise the translation will fail.
