[Feedreader-development] Changes in handling the user agent Feedreader uses

Hi all.

Today i committed code which enables the user to choose if he wishes to 
change the user agent Feedreader uses when it gets feeds and shows them 
in the EmbeddedWB.
This setting is stored in the inifile and restored when Feedreader starts.

The default setting is that the user agent is not changed. In this case 
the default user agent for IE is read from the registry and used.

Unfortunatly the option form has changed so that the translation files 
has to be updated.
