Hello! Just for information... After releasing 2.80 RC2 in the beginning of=20 this week it's time to think about next versions main features. Today I=20 compiled TODO for next versions of Feedreader. * Database change from XML to Firebird * Listview change (like Outlook 2003) =96 groupable and multiline * Internal webserver o [ 1165230 ] Templates in web view o [ 1165180 ] Select feeds for Webserver o [ 1061290 ] improvement to existing remote access in feedreader client * Notification o [ 1158885 ] Mark as read in notification popup * Delete items in listview * [ 1065135 ] Show All Headlines in a Folder * [ 1061074 ] Save headlines to separated directory with offline supp= ort * [ 1013801 ] Requests: advanced filters /rss output/ select to distribute * [ 1013344 ] Add manual flag to items Greetings Toomas |

hello toomas, the biggest issue for me ist the IE control. this a security risk that I'd like to remove. so if you can put "alternativly use the gekko-activex to render html" on the todo list i would be really happy. i tried it some time before. the problem is that you used the embedde-ie control instead the normal ie-control shiped with delphi. the gekko-activex is compatible with the regular control of delphi but not with the embedded. so accessing the dom is one thing i don't know how much is already supported by the gekko-control. in this area some testing / research needs to be done as this stuff is used by the embedded-control to directly load html-source into the control (without the need of a temporary file). regards, marc ----- Original Message ----- From: Toomas Toots <to...@i-...> To: fee...@li... What do you think of the plan that i change tembeddedwb to twebbrowser=20 and then somebody can continue from there? I really do not have any=20 special features that I use from embeddedwb.
