Internet Explorer. Some of my users are requesting that I support

Your documentation doesn't mention any way of adding subscriptions 
programmatically. Is there any way I can pass you a RSS url for this 
purpose. Other news readers either listen on a TCP/IP port or have COM 
interface I can use to pass the url...
