#64 New Feed Wizard - Does not find password protected links

When clicking the "new" button, the "new feed wizard"
appears. If you enter the URL of a password protected
RSS feed, the wizard fails. The only way to add a
password protected link is to make a link to another RSS
feed (something not password protected), then manually
change the properties of new item, enter the URL you
really wanted, change the title, and include the
username and password properties.
