#235 Filter actions

Hi, thank you for this great reader.

I have a few feature requests

- Filter management; Add more action options. I like
pop-ups with date, title and link to open the item or
close the popup. Sound, an unique sound for a filter.
E-mail the item, External application (opens an
external application).
- Filter management; Add a filter for a whole feed
(not with a keyword). Eg. If I have a feed with not
so many updates (like a syslog feed with urgent
alerts or a breaking news feed), i like to create an
action on every new item on that feed.
