I select "Never" for the refresh of a Feed and it reverts to previous option.
I chose a refresh interval of 24 Hours and it never refreshes.
I could add other things, but, looks like most of the countless bugs of 2.90 have been reported. v 2.90 seems to be a large step backward for Feedreader and it doesn't look as if anything is being done about it.
