#90 Open in New Window (headlines) opens window wrongly

The "Open in New Window" in the headlines context menu
doesn't open the link in a new window.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Rightclick on a headline
2) Click on Open in New Window

Result:
3) The link is opened in a currently open browser
window (it replaces the current content of it)

Expected result:
3) A new browser window is opened with the link.

NOTE: I'm NOT using MSIE as my default browser. My
default browser is Mozilla.

When you load a webpage from this reader, it does a terrible
job of using the .js includes before it loads the page. Causing
JavaScript Errors.
