#89 Open in New Window doesn't work

The "Open in New Window" context menu doesn't work (in
the "preview/excerpt" window,

Steps to reproduce:
1) Rightclick on a link in the bottom preview/excerpt
window.
2) Click on "Open in New Window"

Result:
3) Nothing happens

Expected result:
3) The link should be opened in a new window.

NOTE: I'm NOT using MSIE as my default browser. Mozilla
is my default browser.
