#49 Timeout hangs

When doing a general update, Feedreader will stop if it
encounters a feed where it gets no response or the
response takes too long. Not only does it stop, the
program must be exited and reentered before it
attempts another update. Feeds towards the end of the
list may never be updated. OS Windows NT4
Workstation.
