#41 "mark all news as read" doesn't mark all news as read

...but only works if a specific rss feed is selected. if i
put the function as a button in the button list and use it
on a subfolder which contains a list of differrent rss
feeds i expect it to mark all rss feeds in it as read.
same if the focus is on "my feeds".
