#39 "New feed wizard" dialog is resizable

1) Open the "New feed wizard" dialog.

NOTE: the dialog is resizable, and either:

A) It shouldn't be.
-or-
B) The width of the "Please enter URL of feed" edit box
should resize with the dialog.

2) Right-click in the caption area of this dialog.

NOTE: no system menu appears (i.e., Size, Move, Close,
etc.), even though the dialog is sizeable, moveable, and
closeable.
