#338 Can't add RSS Feed - Nothing happens when Next is clicke

Slightly different from the other "Can't add RSS Feed"
bugs I saw.

I can not seem to add a new RSS Feed. Steps to repro:
1. Open FeedReader (tried on both 2.8 and 2.9)
2. F2 to open 'Add Feed' dialogue.
3. Paste in URL (any URL, for example:
http://feeds.theage.com.au/rssheadlines/top.rss\)
4. Click Next
ISSUE: Nothing appears to happen

NOTE: I have checked Proxy Settings. This is set to
"Get from IE", the same as other Readers I am testing
with (OMEA and RSS Bandit) which have no problem. I
have also tried setting the proxy settings Manually
entering the correct values. Still no love.
