#336 Authorization fails with Livejournal feeds

Livejornal rejects Feedreader's authorization
negotiation with a 401 error, even when provided with
the proper username and password for a feed. This is
apparently due to a quirk with the LJ site requiring an
authorization header field that Feedreader does not
provide:

"Although the 'algorithm' component of the
Authorization header is considered optional by RFC
2617, there are sites that do not
function without providing algorithm notification.
Specifically, this
problem is encounted with LiveJournal RSS feeds (where HTTP
digest authentication can be used to view non-public
livejournal
entries)."
