#331 Tab changes panes instead of text boxes

When you have a form open in the reading pane, with
your cursor in a text box, and you hit tab, it changes
panes. It should change the text box that the cursor
is in instead, as it does in IE. Forms (e.g., for
login to a website) become less usable with the tabbing
issue.

My personal preference would be having ctrl-tab change
between panes anyway, but this part is just personal
preference.
