#323 Filter don't work properly

1. Filter are IMHO supposed to scan Headline and text,
but they scan the XML-sourcecode. Example: Set a
filter to highlite feed with "wiki", so you get all feeds
which are hosted on a wiki-website. not helpfull at all.
I believe that filter do not scan text and header, which
makes them useless at all.
2. Filter should be possible for folders too
