#316 Drops proxy-settings between runs 2.90, XP

FR drops some proxy-settings between runs.
In 'Connection' the checkmark for 'use proxy' is cleared
when I exit and restart FR. The ' Get settings from IE at
startup' is left as I set it between runs.

This is 100% reproducible for me.
