Can't create subfolders and subsubfolders

#311 Can't create subfolders and subsubfolders
Add folder option only appears when right clicking
on "My feeds". I'd like to click any yellow folder I've
created and add a subfolder to it. Alternatively, or in
addition, I'd like to drag folders and drop them into other
folders at any level but I can't seem to do that.
