The date of items listed in FeedReader should be the
published date rather than the download date.

I'm seeing this with my RSS feed at
http://www.planetjailbreak.com/scripts/xmlbase.pl/news/rss.xml

When I refresh this feed I get a lot of items with the
same date instead of items with the dates they were
posted to the website.

The BBC news feed works fine with dates.
The only difference I can see is that the pubDate attribute
comes first in the tree in the Jailbreak feed.
