#279 Filters can not be modified after being added
In the Filter Management dialog, it would be logical that
one can select an existing filter, and modify its
definition. However, after selecting the filter, the
definition below does not change. So the only way to
modify a filter is to delete it, and then make a new one.
Not handy.
