Blank "Start In" value in Feedreader shortcut has issues

When I run feedreader from a shortcut with no "Start In"
value set (which i guess means the Windows folder)
opening the tools->manage extensions dialog seems to
think that EVERY DLL in the Windows folder is an
extension (often will then hang or crash).
Adding "c:\program files\feedreader\" in the shortcut's
Start In seems to clear this up. I also suspect this
produces weird "invalid image" errors when reading
items... as the app seems to try to load 16-bit Windows
DLLs. I've noticed other have had these issues as well.
(the TWAIN.DLL bug, for example).
I suggest the application determine the folder containing
extensions DLLs in a smarter way.
