#271 CiceroUIWndFrame dialog box

When ever I click on a Read or Unread feed item I get a
windows error messagebox with the title
of:CiceroUIWndFrame: feedreader.exe - Bad Image.

Please find attached the image.

I upgraded from 2.8 RC3.
