#267 2.90 - OPML Export works, Import doesn't

Tried to export the opml for my feeds and then tried to re-
import them. It doesn't work as the feeds don't show up
on the import screen. It's very similar to Request ID
1186087.

Ok, I just found out when it happens. I had a group named
as "Java & XML" and it went the same way in the opml. But
when importing, it was giving problem. When I changed the
opml file to make it "Java and XML", it was able to import. So,
I guess, it's a more of an export issue than import since it
should change it to "&" instead of just "&".
