#238 Nested Folders Not Working

Using v2.7b646 under Windows XP Home SP2. Creating
nested folders like 'General News' then under
this 'Americas', 'Asia-Pacific', 'Europe', 'Global'. Firstly, it's
not easy to set this up! You can't create a folder directly in
another folder, only way to do it is to drag folders into each
other from top level. Not sure nested folders are intentionally
supported, but if not they should be. Anyway, with these
folders nested you can't get a view of all news items at
various folder levels, and folder operations don't seem to
work either like 'update feeds', etc. I also haven't worked out
how to show feed name as a column in news item pane, as
with nested folders knowing the feed source is very useful
(vital). Look at SharpReader which is very similar, it does a
solid job here, but I'd like to see you guys win out by far,
there are many more things to like if I could only manage all
my feeds properly. Further, when feeds moved under
nested folders, most folder operations fail to work, and after
re-starting program feeds are no longer located under
designated folder. Also news item count is not shown at
each folder level.

Also, even when the nested folders are empty, they cannot
be deleted (in v2.80RC2)
