FeedReader can only be started once

FeedReader 2.7.0.646
I downloaded and installed FeedReader on a Windows XP
system. I started feedreader, made some subscriptions
and everything seemed to work.
I exited FeedReader.
When I tried to restart FeedReader I get the message
'You can only have one instance of FeedReader running
at one time'
But instance is shown in the task bar, or among
Applications when I type ctrl-alt-del

It's not a bug.
Feedreader needs a bit of time to stop. Wait about 10
seconds after exiting program.

RE: Kjacewicz comment:
I did wait at least several minutes before trieng to restart
FeedReader. And even now after maybe two hours I get the
same error message.
Last sentence in original message is wrong. It should say:
But instance is NOT shown in the task bar, or among
Applications when I type ctrl'-alt-del'
Sorry for the confusion

I have found the problem.
FeedReader was not shown in the left part of the taskbar.
But I must have made a mistake when I thought I was exiting
because I found FeedReader in the rightmost part of the
taskbar (where the date is shown and when I click on its
icon it comes alive again (and is also shown among open
applications in the lefta part of the taskbar).
Sorry for the confusion.
