#220 Customisation of the toolbar should stay

Reproduction:
- Click on tools >> customise toolbar.
- select a toolbar button from the window and drag/drop
to the main toolbar. The button is added.
- close down feedreader and restart it.
- The added button goes away.

The normal behaviour should be - any customisation
should stay across shutdowns/startups.
