#218 Extensions pop3client and sendmail not loaded

When reading a feed, the only possible action is 'Read
on' : 'Send to' isn't present anymore ...
A look at menu Tools/Manage extensions shows no
extension, where pop3client.dll and sendmail.dll was last
day.

=> reboots and so on don't work.
