#205 feed item keeps downloading.

I have 2 feeds that keep downloading an item as "new".

http://stripperbynight.blogspot.com/atom.xml
and
http://nuggets.blogspot.com/atom.xml

Both items appear to have a & # 13 ;
in that specific item.
