#203 IE component and ad-blocking software

1. Feedreader 2.7, b646, IE component somehow
displaying all the banners on the page, though they
should be blocked by AD-Muncher software, which works
system-wide and even blocks icq banners. Is it possible
to fix?

2. OPML import from Abilon news reader doesn't work.
3. Some glitches with encodings: in lower right window,
fields "feed" and "title" displayed in incorrect encoding,
while feed itself is just ok. Screenshot applied.
