#202 Large Icons can't be turned off

right click on Toolbar -> Customize -> Options.
Uncheck "Large Icons". This will have no effect on
icon size unless you also have "Show small icons in
toolbar" selected in Tools -> Properties.

In other words, the "Large Icons" checkbox in Toolbar
-> Customize -> Options is both redundant (since it is
handled also in Feedreader Properties) and non-functioning.

Tested in 2.7 Build 646.
