Feedreader 2.4a, when it updates a feed and
display the mini popup window - the text has now
disappeared, so the windows are empty. This was
not the case on a first install.

I have encountered this bug too. Running winXP. This makes
feed reader rather annoying. ;-)

AFAIK this depends on the background color of your desktop.
