I have the preference "Open Links in New Browser
Window" set but it doesn't work, I have to right-click to
do this.

I use version 2.5 build 610 on WinXP SP1a. This setting gets
unchecked every time I restart the software. When I recheck
the option it works again until the next start.

I'm also seeing this problem with 2.5 build 610 on Win2K
SP4. The checkbox stays however I set it, but has no effect
on the links when its activated.
