#177 Bad cooperation with MyIE2 in 2.7 646

My MyIE2 is not my default browser, but it is
configurated to catch DDE calling of others applications,
when it is running.
In previous version of feedreader (2.5 xxx) it works fine,
and when I clicked on msg and selected "Open in new
window" MyIE2 catched this and opened it in new tab.
But in version 2.7 646 clicking to "Open in new window"
is starting Internet Explorer with new window.
