Default headline date is off by a day

Our feed does not contain dates, so Feadreader uses the
timestamp at the time the feed was read. Fair enough.
The time (HH:MM) is correct, but the date (dd.mm) is
consistently behind by a day. For example, items read
on August 14 are displayed with a date of 13.08.
And yes, before you ask, my PC's date _is_ correct (Aug
14).

On September 30, the dates were still behind by a day (29.09).
On October 1, the day is a day behind but the month advanced
by 2 (30.12). This is pretty bizarre...
