#162 Internal and External Proxy RSS Feeds

Its not possible to use both RSS feeds which are internal
to my company and feeds which are external. The proxy
setting is used for every feed.
Please consider either make the connect code try directly
first and then use proxy if the direct connect fails or
make the proxy setting different for each feed.
