#158 Internal web server doesn't sort articles (646)

This is an odd one and may be due to Feedreader having
been run for a while on the feed I'm reading.

Using http://www.drobe.co.uk/rss-comments.php as the
feed source...

Enable the internal web server.
Add the feed listed above.
View the feed by http://127.0.0.1:80/ and selecting the
feed.

The items are not in the date order that they are in the
main view.

Actually, having just re-added the feed from scratch, the
date is not being read from the RSS at all - RSS fault or
FeedReader ? This may be the reason the server is not
serving it the same. The dates look like the correct form
of dublin core; <dc:date>2004-07-31</dc:date> with the
namespace set correctly as best I can tell.
