#156 No default button selecting when adding new feed name (646)

F2 to add a new feed.
Enter a (valid) feed address.
Press return - notice that this selects the default button
to go to the next page.
A moment later the name of the feed will appear
(depending on the connection speed).
Since this is the feed you were interested in and you like
the name given, press Return to accept it.
Bing - an error beep sounds because there is no default
button for this window.

The 'Finish' button should be default and should be
triggered by pressing return.

May be same problem:
F2 -->New Feed Wizard-Cancel and Next boxes not displayed.
Enter URL + ENTER --> "Please enter name of feed"
- Back and Finish boxes not displayed
Accept name of feed as offered
- since there is no Finish box displayed, only option is Alt/F.
* FR 646, P3/Win2K SP4, 256MB
* FR 646 runs normally (boxes displayed) on P4/Win2K SP4.
