#122 Feedlist isnt Updated when Minimized!

Hello,

even in V640:

The Headlines of the Feed in the Feedlist arent updated
when Feedreader is Minimized. (The Feed that wont
update is marked in the Feedreader Tree Window.)

Maybee just send a UpdateWindow Message to the List
when Feedreader gets invoked from the Taskbar??
