#120 No refresh when updated

When the Feedreader is auto-update mode and is in the
tray, when the user returns to Feedreader and the
channel last looked at has new items, they do not
appear and the user has to click away from the channel
and reselect it. This has happened on several OS's (Win
2000, 2003, ME and XP) for me.
