#1 UTF-8 encoded newsfeeds

UTF-8 encoded newsfeeds are not rendered properly. In
the dialog box when specifying a new feed, the individual
characters making up a UTF-8 character are shown.

In the item list, UTF-8 characters that can be represented in
ISO Latin-1 are displayed correctly but other characters
are displayed as question marks.

Any news about UTF-8 ??
It's very important un European Union, the UTF-8 is more and
more used and a lot of RSS feeds are now coded in UTF-8.

Is the implementation scheduled yet ?
