This patch is a bunch of things that I decided I
wanted as options/features in fof-0.12.

Here is what it implements
- while reading headlines, headline and feed URL now
open in a new window

- when viewing main page, can show only groups that
have unread headlines

- can now put feeds into a group and read all new
headlines in that group (group titles and default sort
order for groups is customizable)

- can view headlines in ascending/descending by
date, as well as ascending alpha by headline

- can mark stores as 'saved' so you can look at them
later without having to leave them marked as unread

- index page refreshes itself every 5min and now
displays when it was last loaded

The patch will create a readme describing the changes
that need to be made to the database to use the new
features.

I have been running with these changes for a week or so
now with 50+ groups and haven't noticed any problems;
hopefully some of you find it useful
