#13 Leave out non-reachable feeds in the update

The problem : sometime a server breaks down and the
correspoding RSS feed(s) becomes unavailable causing
the script to halt and ultimately stop without exploring
the remaining feeds.

A possible solution : have a checkbox on the main panel
to manually leave out one or more feeds in the update
procedure. I don't want to just delete them because I
know the server will one day reboot and everything will
be fine again.

There are probably other possibilities to explore though ;

Disabling a feed is a good idea in case you want to leave a
feed alone for a while but come back to it some other day.
Sometimes you get too much news from some feeds and you
just want to give it a rest.
