Rebuilder throws an exception at the end of running an RI rebuild, resulting in a corrupt/incomplete index when configured to use Mulgara store. Seems to be >50% failure rate on a repository of about 4000 objects. This issue does not seem to be present with an MPTStore-backed RI.

The folks at Tufts are also seeing the "Error: Error
closing session. Forced close required" with 3.0b1.
In their case, rebuilding fails after 800 objects.

Excerpt of email from Sho Nakagama:

my impression (with no underlying research mind you) is that this is a either a Mulgara bug or the rebuild index script needs to allocate more memory. Right now I'm assuming the former because the only memory issue would be the object it's dealing with right then, since it writes to disk what it has already processed...

Also (again without rigorous research) the error I see originates from Mulgara, not the rebuild script.

fixed in 3.0 final (this was addressed in both Mulgara 2.0 and Trippi 1.3.2)
