Added an alpha-release of FeatFlow2 for public download.

WARNING: Some libraries are missing. If you compile in a Linux-like environment, the makefile system should automatically download them from the appropriate websites. If you work under Windows, you need an additional directory "libraries" which is not incorporated due to copyright restrictions. In that case, please send us an email.
