[Feapi] 1.0 release

Hey,

I thought it was finally time to release the src and binaries as 1.0.
>From what I hear, Remy won't have the time to maintain the Mac-version
any more (am I correct, Remy?), so I just released the windows binaries.

I never understood this sf.net release system really, so perhaps this
could have been done better, I don't know.

Anyway, it had to be released some time, and I suddenly felt a short
wave of enthusiasm to do it :-D
