[Feapi-commits] svn branching

This is probably a very dumb question and probably related to my
ignorance of subversion, but how exactly can I create a new branch? I
tried to create a branch from the HEAD, and repeatedly got permission
errors. So could anyone try to create a branch for me and tell me how he
has done it?
